TJ Maxx - The Maxx You Grant
The application is open from October 25 to November 22, 2023. Winners will be informed by the end of January 2024.

In partnership with T.J.Maxx’s The Maxx You Project, Dress for Success has established the Maxx You Grants, a scholarship program to support women to be their “Maxx” selves – all the different aspects that make you truly you – so they can confidently express who they are in their career and beyond.

TJ Maxx Maxx You Grants will range from $1,000-$5,000 based on need. Women who are seeking to advance in their profession, switch careers, or re-enter the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Who Can Apply?

  • Funding can be used for accredited two-and four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools, in-person or online professional certificate programs, and annual networking membership fees.

  • You must be enrolled and actively learning in Winter/Spring 2024.

  • We welcome applicants who identify as female.

What Are The Selection Criteria?

  • Preference is given to applicants active in Dress for Success programs with a United States-based affiliate.

  • Judges will evaluate the quality of responses to questions about personal experiences and professional goals.

We welcome any woman who is looking to expand her professional skills, especially job-searching women.
