All our programs are offered at no cost to the women we serve. Read more about the programs we offer below and then complete our intake form to sign up for the programs relevant to you. Once the form is completed, we will contact you directly.

Who do we serve?

We serve any unemployed or underemployed woman* in the Bay Area.

*We use the term "woman" in a gender expansive way, to include cis, trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, gender queer, and any woman-identified person.

How do we help?

Career Wardrobe Program

Do you need professional clothing for an upcoming interview?

Visit our boutique in Milpitas for a 45-minute appointment with a volunteer personal shopper. We will work with your personal style, and the industry you are applying for to find you the perfect full interview outfit.

All clothing is free and yours to keep. Clothing options include:

  • Dresses

  • Blouses

  • Blazers

  • Full suits

  • Pants

  • Jewelry

  • Shoes

  • Handbags.

Job Acquisition & Workforce Development

Are you looking for work and want support during this process?

We are here to help! Whether you are looking for a one-time class, a coach, or a multi-week job acquisition course, we have it!

These programs promote confidence and professionalism by providing you with career guidance, technology skills and support in your job searches.

These programs are primarily offered virtually via zoom.

Career Development & Employment Retention

Are you already working but are looking for a network of support?

Build your network with our Professional Women’s Group (PWG)!

Led by volunteer speakers, this monthly group helps employed women grow their careers, develop leadership skills, and find a their personally defined path to success.

The Professional Women’s Group meets the third Tuesday of the month from 6-8pm over Zoom, and is open for any employed woman to join.

One-on-One Career Coaching

Job-searching women can meet one-on-one with a mentor to discuss resume writing, interview prep, online job search tips, career plan development and more.

Whether you’re looking for a job, getting ready for a promotion negotiation, starting a new business, or just need some advice and support, your coach is here to help.

Financial Literacy

Learn how you can build your financial wellness, whether you are just starting out, saving for your child’s education, thinking about investing or planning for your own retirement.

We offer both one time workshops and multi-week programs to help you chart your path to financial independence.

Digital Equity & Digital Literacy

These days, having access to reliable technology is crucial to thriving and achieving independence. Having your own computer makes things more efficient and convenient. It can help with your job search, teach you new skills, or help you stay connected. But obtaining the right technology can be expensive. That’s why we offer free laptops, along with software and tech support to help you get started.

In addition, we offer ongoing support to learn the basic and intermediate digital skills. If you are interested in mastering Microsoft Excel, getting a Google Certification, or many other digital offerings, click below to see what we are currently offering.
