Description: Participants of this six-session program will walk away learning current industry trends and up-to-date job-searching techniques that provide results. Unlike other job search programs, Dress for Success San Francisco and San Jose Virtual Job Search Program focuses on specific challenges unique to women. Such challenges include but are not limited to managing work-life balance, addressing career gaps on resumes after taking time off for various reasons, identifying transferrable skills, staying organized during a job search, and managing stress that often comes with job searching.
Each session is led by industry professionals from companies like Accenture, Glassdoor, Robert Half, NetApp, and more. Participants can gain social capital by networking with other program participants as well as speakers.
