Welcome Jeanine Thorpe to the Board of Directors!

“Having volunteered with Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose for the past few years and witnessing the impact on the lives of the women we serve, I am excited to join the Board of Directors. I look forward to expanding Dress for Success’ capacity to support women in the Bay Area as demand for our workforce development services increases.”

Join us in welcoming Jeanine Thorpe, the newest member of the Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose Board of Directors.

After more than twenty-five years in the tech industry with marketing and customer success roles at companies including Oracle, Salesforce and Okta, Jeanine is now focused on supporting her community with an emphasis on poverty alleviation and advancing women. She serves on the Board of Directors of Mercy High School Burlingame, an all girls school, and Ripple Effect which empowers families in rural Africa. Jeanine also volunteers with the San Francisco Marin Food Bank where she helps run a weekly food distribution site.

Jeanine has an undergraduate degree in International Relations and earned an MBA from Santa Clara University. She is an intrepid traveler who has visited 45 countries (and counting). When she’s home, you’ll find her working to master her gardening skills.

Thank you, Jeanine, for stepping into this leadership role and for sharing your time and expertise as a member of our Board of Directors. We’re grateful to have you alongside us as we support Bay Area women in preparing for work, securing employment, and building long-term stability for themselves and their families.
