Recap: 2025 Tencent Career Development Bootcamp

Last month, we partnered with Tencent America for a Career Development Boot Camp. Held at Tencent America HQ in Palo Alto, the event included roundtable panels led by Tencent volunteers, as well as one-on-one coaching sessions. 

Clients from Dress for Success San Francisco and San Jose attended, and were rotated within three small breakout groups. Topics included:

• AI for Your Job Search: Harness the power of artificial intelligence to elevate your job search and land your dream role.

• Succeeding as a Woman in Tech: Gain insights and actionable advice from leading women in the industry on navigating and excelling in tech careers.

• Smooth Career Transitions into Tech: Whether you're switching industries, moving from a different country, or returning to the workforce, learn how to successfully transition into a fulfilling tech role.

After the small breakout rooms, each client was paired with a Tencent volunteer and received 1:1 job search assistance.
