Anna O. first came to Dress for Success San Jose as a walk-in, seeking a new path after realizing her commission-based job was no longer sustainable. Through our

Virtual Workshops, In-person and Virtual Career Coaching, and Virtual Job Search Program she found the support, skills, and mentorship she needed to pursue a new career. Now, Anna is building a stronger future for herself and her family.

Recently, we received an email from Anna, expressing gratitude toward Miracle Gumabo, our Community Relations Assistant Manager, and her mentor from Salesforce, Courtney, sharing that she was hired as a Housing Specialist at Abode Housing in San Leandro. She’s also attending Merritt College and is working toward transferring to California State University, East Bay.
