We are so excited to introduce you to the newest member of our San Jose team — Tatiana Castaneda, who goes by Tati.
Tati joins us as our new Program Associate, and she will be your primary point of contact for our San Jose programs going forward. In this role, she will be supporting clients across our Career Wardrobe program, Career Center, financial education workshops, job search programs, and more — making sure the women we serve have the resources and support they need to move forward.
Tati brings a genuine passion for community-based work to this role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Studies with a Minor in Prison Reentry Studies from San Francisco State University, and has built meaningful relationships with community organizations and commissions throughout her career.
“I enjoy helping people, especially those who are often overlooked by society, and being a resource to those in need,” Tati shared.
When she is not in the office, you might find her out on the water — crabbing or jet skiing. We think that spirit of adventure and enthusiasm is going to serve her well here.
