Dress for Success San Jose has moved to a new home at 1919 Gunston Way in San Jose. Career Wardrobe appointments at our new home begin Thursday, November 12.
Thank You, Westfield Valley Fair
For most of this year, Westfield Valley Fair generously donated space so women across the South Bay had a welcoming place to find workplace attire, connect with coaches, and prepare for their next step. A special thank you to Michelle Sanders, Assistant General Manager, for making this in-kind gift possible. We’re grateful for their generosity and partnership, and for every woman we were able to serve in that space.
Our New Home
We’re settling into the former Cambrian Park United Methodist Church campus. Cambrian Park UMC recently merged with Almaden Hills UMC to form Growing Hope United Methodist Church. As Growing Hope moves its worship services elsewhere, the Cambrian Park campus is becoming a nonprofit center, and we’re proud to be one of the organizations calling it home.
Growing Hope is a Reconciling Congregation, which means LGBTQ+ people and their families are enthusiastically welcome. The congregation takes part in San Jose Pride each year, which was important to us in choosing our new home.
Our new home continues to be a welcoming space for all cis, trans, and non-binary women, and our services remain free and open to everyone we serve.
