Women Who Inspire San Jose is October 22, 2026!

Guided by the theme Spark Change. Build Community. Open Doors., the event brings together business leaders, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, advocates, and community supporters for an evening of inspiration, connection, and impact.

Through a small cohort of honorees, including a Dress for Success Client Ambassador, we recognize the many ways people create opportunity for women and help build a stronger, more inclusive community.

The evening combines networking, storytelling, fundraising, and celebration while raising critical funds to help local women achieve economic mobility and career success.
